2. Return Process
2.1 Initiation:

Include: Order number, photos of issue, and reason for return

2.2 Packaging Requirements:

Must use original packaging materials

Additional padding required for fragile pieces

Include all certificates of authenticity
2.3 Shipping Back:

Customer pays return shipping

Must use insured carrier (FedEx/UPS recommended)

Provide tracking number
3. Refund Processing

Item must be received in original condition

Refund issued within 7-10 business days after inspection
