1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Damaged or defective sculptures

  • Incorrect items received

  • Unwanted items in original condition

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom or commissioned sculptures

  • Made-to-order pieces

  • Final sale items (clearly marked)

  • Sculptures damaged after delivery due to improper handling

2. Return Process

2.1 Initiation:

  • Email help@ashlisculpture.com within 30 days

  • Include: Order number, photos of issue, and reason for return

  • Our team will provide return authorization

2.2 Packaging Requirements:

  • Must use original packaging materials

  • Additional padding required for fragile pieces

  • Include all certificates of authenticity

2.3 Shipping Back:

  • Customer pays return shipping

  • Must use insured carrier (FedEx/UPS recommended)

  • Provide tracking number

3. Refund Processing

3.1 Conditions:

  • Item must be received in original condition

  • Refund issued within 7-10 business days after inspection

  • Original shipping costs non-refundable

3.2 Refund Methods:

  • Original payment method (credit card/PayPal)

  • Store credit option available (10% bonus)

4. Damaged Items

4.1 Reporting:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • Packaging damage

    • Sculpture damage

    • Shipping labels

4.2 Resolution Options:

  • Full refund including shipping

  • Replacement (if available)

  • Partial refund for minor damage

5. Custom Commissions

5.1 Policy:

  • 50% deposit non-refundable

  • Balance due before shipping

  • No returns accepted except for damage in transit

6. International Returns

6.1 Requirements:

  • Customer responsible for return shipping and duties

  • Must include commercial invoice

  • Mark as “Returned Goods” to avoid duplicate duties

7. Exchanges

7.1 Process:

  • Return original item per standard policy

  • Place new order for desired piece

  • Price difference will be charged/refunded

8. Late/Missing Refunds

If refund doesn’t appear:

  • First check with your bank/PayPal

  • Contact us at help@ashlisculpture.com

  • Processing may take 10+ business days

9. Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Changes of mind on custom pieces

  • Normal material aging/patina development
